Factors affecting health:
- Completion rate vs. impressions
- Average approval rate
- Budget utilization
- Worker satisfaction
Best Practices
Budget Management
- Start small — Test with a minimal budget first
- Monitor daily — Check spending and completion rates
- Scale winners — Increase budget on campaigns that perform well
- Pause underperformers — Don't waste budget on ineffective campaigns
Task Instructions
- Be specific — "Follow @taskbloom on Instagram" is better than "Follow our page"
- Include URLs — Make it easy for workers to find the right place
- Set expectations — Clarify what "proof" should look like
Targeting Strategy
- Start broad — Target all countries initially to test demand
- Narrow gradually — Focus on regions with best completion rates
- Consider time zones — Campaigns get more completions during peak hours
