Factors affecting health:

  • Completion rate vs. impressions
  • Average approval rate
  • Budget utilization
  • Worker satisfaction

Best Practices

Budget Management

  • Start small — Test with a minimal budget first
  • Monitor daily — Check spending and completion rates
  • Scale winners — Increase budget on campaigns that perform well
  • Pause underperformers — Don't waste budget on ineffective campaigns

Task Instructions

  • Be specific — "Follow @taskbloom on Instagram" is better than "Follow our page"
  • Include URLs — Make it easy for workers to find the right place
  • Set expectations — Clarify what "proof" should look like

Targeting Strategy

  • Start broad — Target all countries initially to test demand
  • Narrow gradually — Focus on regions with best completion rates
  • Consider time zones — Campaigns get more completions during peak hours
