Learn how to purchase voucher batches and track your orders.

Purchasing Vouchers

Step 1: Navigate to Purchase

Go to /reseller/orders/purchase

Step 2: Select Voucher Type

• Registration Vouchers - For new worker signups
• Upgrade Vouchers - For package upgrades

Step 3: Choose Quantity

Select how many vouchers you want to purchase. Bulk pricing applies:

• 10-50 vouchers: Standard wholesale price
• 51-200 vouchers: Volume discount
• 201+ vouchers: Enterprise pricing

Step 4: Confirm Purchase

Review the total cost and confirm. Funds are deducted from your reseller wallet immediately.

Order History

URL: /reseller/orders

View all your past purchases:

• Order ID - Unique identifier
• Voucher Type - Registration or upgrade
• Quantity - Number of vouchers purchased
• Total Cost - Amount paid
• Status - Completed, processing, failed
• Date - Purchase timestamp

Issue: "Insufficient wallet balance" Solution: Deposit funds at /reseller/wallet

Issue: "Order failed to process" Solution: Contact support with the order details
