Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Go to /register and fill in your details. You'll need a valid voucher code (available from resellers or advertisers).

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.

Can I change my email?

Contact support at support@taskbloom.co.uk to request an email change.

Why was my registration rejected?

  • "Email already registered" — You already have an account
  • "Invalid voucher code" — Check the code and try again
  • "All fields required" — Make sure every field is filled in

Tasks & Earnings

Why can't I get a task?

How long does a task take to review?

Typically 24-72 hours. Some tasks may take longer depending on advertiser availability.

Why was my task rejected?

Common rejection reasons:

  • Incomplete action — The required action wasn't fully completed
  • Invalid proof — Screenshot was unclear or didn't show the required result
  • Wrong account — You used the wrong account or profile

You can try a different task after 24 hours.

How do I cancel a task?

Go to the task page and click "Cancel Task". You can only cancel tasks that are in "locked" or "in progress" status.

My task expired — what happened?

Tasks have a 48-hour deadline. If you don't submit within 48 hours, the task expires and you won't be paid.


Wallet & Payouts

What's the minimum payout?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.

What payment methods are available?

You can withdraw via PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or Crypto.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts are processed after a 72-hour hold period. If it's been longer than 7 days, contact support.

Why can't I request a payout?

  • Balance below $10.00 minimum
  • Already have a pending payout request
  • Account-related restrictions

What are the payout fees?

A 2.9% + $0.30 fee applies to each payout transaction.


Advertiser Questions

Why won't my campaign launch?

  • Insufficient wallet balance — Fund your wallet at /advertiser/billing
  • Invalid settings — Check all campaign fields are complete
  • Already active — You can only pause or edit active campaigns

Why aren't tasks being completed?

  • Budget exhausted — Check remaining budget
  • Targeting too narrow — Broaden country/language targeting
  • Campaign paused — Check campaign status

How do I get a refund?

Unused campaign budget stays in your wallet and can be withdrawn anytime.


Referral Program

How do I find my referral code?

Go to /referrals. Your referral link is displayed on the page.

When do I earn commissions?

Commissions are credited when your referral's task is approved by the advertiser.

How many levels of commission are there?

TaskBloom offers a 3-level referral system:

  • Level 1 (direct referrals): 5%
  • Level 2 (their referrals): 3%
  • Level 3 (their referrals): 1%

Reseller Questions

How do I purchase vouchers?

Go to /reseller/orders/purchase, select voucher type and quantity, then confirm.

What's my profit margin?

Your profit depends on the wholesale price you pay vs. the price you sell to workers.

How do I deposit funds?

Go to /reseller/wallet and click "Deposit Funds".
