Voucher Inventory
Manage your voucher stock and track usage.
Understanding Inventory
Your inventory shows all voucher codes you've purchased, organized by:
- Status - Active, sold, expired, revoked
- Batch - Group purchases
- Value - Registration vs. upgrade vouchers
- Usage - How many have been redeemed
Viewing Inventory
- Navigate to
/reseller/inventory - View all vouchers with status indicators
- Filter by status, batch, or date range
- Export inventory data for reporting
Status Definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Available for sale, not yet used |
| Sold | Redeemed by a worker |
| Expired | Past validity date |
| Revoked | Admin-disabled vouchers |
Managing Stock
- Low stock alerts - Dashboard shows when inventory runs low
- Repurchase - Quick reorder from past batches
- Bulk operations - Activate/deactivate multiple vouchers at once
Best Practices
- Maintain 2-3 weeks of inventory to avoid stockouts
- Monitor which voucher types sell fastest
- Reorder before inventory drops below 20%
